REDUCING WATER HEATING COSTS BY 30% TO 80%

The basic concept of this system is based on the transformation of any heat source into hot water, which can easily be accumulated and transported by means of pipes.

The cause of low productivity may be generated by the type of thermal power plant, the type of fuel used, old systems, incompetent regulation of the plant itself etc. The lower the efficiency and the hotter the exhaust smoke, the greater the compensation of all causes of poor operation through recovery from the smokestack using the Delta Energy system.

The system Delta Energy constantly circulates the water from the exchanger to the chimney outlet ,reaching the top of the chimney the water is sprayed along the inner walls in the opposite direction to the outgoing smoke and collect all dust,part of Co2, other harmful pollutants and all the heat that goes from the plant’s boiler towards the outlet, accumulating large quantities of hot water.
After this process the hot water circulate trough the plastic tanks where the dirt is deposited via streaming and remains ad the bottom ,and then goes in the thanks containing steel exchangers where inside them is passing the pure prepared cold water for the clients needs ,that after the exchange process will became hot up to 80 C.

THE PROCESS

This process is done by exchanging calories (heat) between the water out of the chimney and clean water. Clean warm water after the whole process is directed by the request of client in the boiler or in various production processes. Subsequently cooled dirty water is sent again to the top of the chimney and continue the process of cleaning the smoke and heat exchange.
